Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Vijaya Sundar Jeyaraj ("we", "us") for the CureMyPlants mobile application and related services (the "App"). By using the App you agree to these terms.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non transferable, non exclusive licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non commercial use, subject to these terms and your app store's rules.

2. What the App does

CureMyPlants helps you identify likely plant diseases and pests from photos and suggests treatment steps and products. It is a helpful guide, not professional horticultural, agricultural or medical advice. Results may be incomplete or incorrect. Always use your own judgement, follow product labels, and consult a professional for valuable or sensitive plants.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• New accounts include a free trial of Pro features.
• Paid plans (Monthly, Annual and Family) are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Prices are shown in the App before you buy and may vary by region and taxes.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or use it to break any law. You are responsible for the content of photos you upload and confirm you have the right to upload them.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and notes you add. You grant us permission to store and process them so we can provide the App to you. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that diagnoses or treatments will be accurate or that any plant will recover.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for damage to plants, arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
